Suffolk is completing renovations at UTD Research Operations Center.
The scope of work includes interior renovation of two existing labs and classroom spaces into one battery research lab. Occupants of the existing labs will be relocated to the south end of the building, where two classrooms will be renovated to accommodate the new tenant鈥檚 equipment and operations. One existing classroom will be renovated to accommodate the 鈥淐hess Lab"; the second classroom will be renovated to accommodate a new 3-D Printing Lab. A new exterior mechanical service yard containing dehumidifier and condensers surrounded by an acoustic screen wall will be constructed to support the new battery lab space.
