Our estimators coordinate all project budgeting, including preparing quantity surveys, obtaining subcontractor pricing, reviewing historical cost data, and ensuring compliance with scope of work, plus offering construction feasibility and value engineering counsel.
Field Operations
Superintendents are arguably the most important role on a building construction project site, since their leadership is critical to a project’s success. Field Operations staff oversee and manage all day-to-day job site activities, including project team performance, site conditions, compliance with safety and quality standards, and effective management of trade partners.
Finance
Our Corporate Finance team ensures the integrity and accuracy of all Suffolk’s financial information and assists teams with compliance, reporting, and financial policies and procedures.
Information Technology

Planning
Suffolk’s Planning department combines scheduling with Lean short-term planning, all under one umbrella.
Project Management
Project management manages and coordinates all necessary project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. Those resources include the maintenance of budget and schedule, and the management and administration of all contractual requirements, agreements with trade partners, purchase orders, meeting minutes and shop drawing logs.
Purchasing
Our purchasers handle one of the most important aspects of any construction project: procuring materials, supplies, equipment, and more.
Quality
Suffolk’s Quality Management program allows us to plan, schedule, and install work in an orderly, consistent way that minimizes rework. On every project, our Quality team implements a custom plan to document specific quality goals and prevent errors from occurring at the earliest opportunity in the process.​​​​​​​
