Suffolk is providing construction management services for this project which will provide an additional 40,000 square feet of space for the existing casino property.
The Twin River Casino Expansion in Lincoln, Rhode Island will provide 40,000 square feet to the west side of the existing Ocean 1 Casino. This addition will accommodate 630 video lottery terminals and 30 table games. In addition, an Asian Food Hall will feature six regional cuisines, a 20-seat bar, service bar, public restrooms and required back-of house space. 4,000 square feet of shell space within the existing hotel will also be built-out as part of the project.
