One Beverly Hills is an ultra-luxury, one of a kind mixed-use development in Beverly Hills, California.
The project includes three towers - a 10 story Aman branded hotel (Tower 3), a 27-story condominium tower (Tower 2), and a 30-story condominium tower (Tower 1). The project site encompasses 17.5 acres, 8 of which will be botanical gardens.
Suffolk is managing the preconstruction and construction of the Santa Monica Tower (Tower 1) starting from Level 3. This tower consists of 117 for-sale residential units and extends to level 30 (Penthouse level). Designed by KHA and Adamson, the branding of Tower 1 is currently scheduled to be different from Towers 2 and 3. The lead designer will be KHA with Adamson being the executive architect.
Suffolk is working adjacent to three other contractors while completing Tower 1. Upon completion by others of the Podium construction to a datum level (approximately level 3), Tower 1 will commence construction of the structure. Suffolk is closely coordinating all aspects of the Project with the OSM and OBH Team to ensure the successful delivery of Tower 1 and will mitigate any potential conflicts or negative impacts to the other Contractors or entities throughout the duration of the project.
