Preconstruction for the proposed RCFE will be designed by our Design-Build partner CallisonRTKL.
Preconstruction includes 157 new Assisted Living units and 60 semi-private Memory Care units with 120 beds. The RCFE will be located on the District鈥檚 newly redeveloped approximately 9.78-acre Healthy Living Campus (鈥淗LC鈥�) in Redondo Beach, CA.
