Suffolk is providing preconstruction and construction management services for 2 Harbor Street, located in Boston鈥檚 bustling and growing Seaport district.
The project involves the demolition of an existing warehouse and construction of a ten-story building that will house lab, research and development, office, support spaces, and first-floor retail space. Approximately 60% of the building houses lab space, and 40% occupies office space.
A new 212-space below-grade parking area including car stackers and valet parking is also part of the project scope.
The project received the Light Pollution Reduction credit as part of the LEED Platinum Certification submission.
