Suffolk is working with LA Family Housing (LAFH) in partnership with Abode Communities and KFA Architects to build a four-story, 64-unit Permanent Supportive Housing Development in the San Fernando Valley.
The project includes 10 parking spots, resident amenities and onsite supportive services, with modular units from Guerdon helping deliver the project in a timely manner. 18722 Sherman Way will add to Suffolk's growing portfolio of successful modular projects throughout California.
