Suffolk is currently renovating the Port Royal Beach Club, a project that includes the removal of the existing clubhouse.
The new clubhouse will be three-stories with roughly 62,000 square feet of amenities, dining areas and kitchens. The new clubhouse will boast around 12,000 square feet of covered outdoor areas (such as a porte cochere, cabanas, dining spaces), along with 10,000 square feet of open-air event spaces and pools.
In addition to a 100,000-square-foot parking garage and service area, a smaller detached structure (approximately 3,000 square feet) will be designated for behind-the-scenes functions, kitchen facilities and a kids club area.
