Los Angeles, CA

Project Overview

This project is an innovative affordable housing project near Leimert Park.

This 5-level Type IIIA wood frame residential building has a total of 185 units sitting atop a 2-level podium structure and caters to a diverse range of residents. In line with Transit Oriented Communities incentives, 22 of the units will be designated as deed-restricted affordable housing for extremely low-income residents. Additionally, the project includes 9 live/work units, providing a unique space where residents can seamlessly blend their living and work environments, including a technology center at the ground level. The remaining 154 units are designated for low-income housing. Understanding the importance of convenience and accessibility, the project offers ample parking facilities with 110 spaces.

We are committed to building affordable housing with sustainable construction practices that will have a positive impact on the housing crisis in Los Angeles.
