Suffolk was selected to provide construction management services for the new NYU Langone Health West Palm Beach Ambulatory Care building.
This project consists of new construction of a 183,000 square foot medical office building/ambulatory surgical care center located in downtown West Palm Beach. The project includes demolition of a 69,000 square foot, four-story existing office building, and an interior fit-out to meet NYULH鈥檚 project requirements.
