When complete, the campus will feature 16 Independent Living buildings totaling 261 units overlooking the Naples Golf course. The scope of work also includes an ALMC facility and a seven-story town center featuring three levels of amenities, restaurants, fitness center and doctors鈥� offices, parking deck and full size resort style amenity pool deck.
