What is the most exciting thing about working in this business? What is your professional passion?

For me, the most exciting part of working at the intersection of design and construction is solving challenges. The architecture/engineering/construction industry grapples with fragmentation and inefficiency. When construction experts aren鈥檛 able to collaborate effectively during design phases, it produces incomplete and uncoordinated drawings that lead to construction delays and added costs. I enjoy tackling this issue with Illuminate and Suffolk, working collaboratively with project teams early in the design process to drive predictability around cost, schedule, and scope, and ultimately providing an unparalleled experience for our clients.
