Boston Preservation Alliance, 401 Park Project (2022)
Our Work in Action: Burnham Building
As part of Suffolk鈥檚 new 60-story Millennium Tower project, our project team also restored and renovated the adjacent Burnham Building. The historic 1911 Daniel Burnham designed building is widely recognized as the iconic Filene鈥檚 building in Boston鈥檚 Downtown Crossing. The 350,000 square-foot structure was renovated into a mixed-use space with world headquarter offices for Boston-based advertising firm Arnold Worldwide, ground-level retail for a new Roche Bros. supermarket and a new Primark clothing, and underground parking.
