78 Haight is a new affordable housing development in San Francisco鈥檚 Tenderloin neighborhood.
The Type I structure is seven stories with a basement and partially enclosed rooftop deck with community room and garden. The ground floor contains a child development center with classrooms, kitchen and office space, while the upper floors contain 63 apartments in a mix of studio and one-bedroom units. The basement includes maintenance and utility space and bike parking.
